Where can you get sugar-free cherry pie filling?
I found sugar-free cherry pie filling at every grocery store I went to.
Comstock, Great Value and Lucky Leaf were just a few of the different brands I found. They contain sucralose which some may oppose but for the tiny little tablespoon of cherry pie filling you are adding to each biscuit and the added convenience of buying it in a can, it is well worth it.
However, I do plan on creating a homemade sugar-free cherry pie filling in the near future so stay tuned.

Do I have to use a muffin tin to make these?
Although I love using my Structured Silicon Muffin pan (which makes it VERY easy to pop the biscuits out), you could probably make these on a cookie sheet.
What can you top these Easy Keto Biscuits with Cherry Pie Filling?
If you want to get a little fancy (but completely unnecessary since these are absolutely divine on their own!), you can top these a chocolate drizzle, a cream cheese topping or a dollop of whipped cream.
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
- Combine ¼ cup Lily's Semi-Sweet Baking Chips (or other sugar-free chocolate chips) with ¼ teaspoon coconut oil. Microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds and stir the mixture. Repeat in 15 second intervals until some of the chips begin to melt. Once chips begin to melt, stir vigorously until all chips have melted. Pour mixture into a ziplock bag and snip off one corner. Drizzle chocolate over the biscuits.
For the Cream Cheese Drizzle:
- Combine 2 tablespoon of cream cheese with 1 tablespoon heavy cream. Microwave for 15-30 seconds or until cream cheese has melted. Stir in 2 tablespoon powdered sugar substitute (I use Lakanto Powdered Sweetener which is twice as sweet as icing sugar - if you use a different brand, you may need to add additional sweetener) until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a ziplock bag and snip off one corner. Drizzle cream cheese over the cherry biscuits.
For Making Whipped Cream:
How should you store these gluten-free and sugar-free cherry-stuffed biscuits?
You can store these on the counter-top for about 3 days in an airtight container. You can also store these in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
