Here is a list of gluten free, low carb, keto and Whole30 recipes perfect for Easter. Appetizers, sides, main meals and desserts are put in one location to make your Easter planning a breeze.

Easter has always been one of my favourite holidays. Growing up in Canada, Easter seemed to be coincide with the beginning of spring and the nicer weather.  Skipping ropes, bouncy balls and outdoor toys were always part of our Easter baskets.

As an adult, Easter is now more of a time to slow life down and enjoy a nice relaxing meal.   Unlike Christmas and Thanksgiving, Easter seems to have a much calmer presence than the other holidays.

So, with that in mind, I decided to gather up some of my favourite recipes and create a post to help make your Easter celebration a breeze.  All of the following recipes come together in minutes and many can be made ahead of time so that you too can relax and enjoy the day!

 

Appetizers:

Brunch:

I am celebrating the beginning of spring with this easy and delicious, low carb, gluten free lemon poppy seed bread. Sometimes referred to as pound cake, I like to think of this as a breakfast bread instead of a cake. Moist and delicious, this recipe makes gluten free, low carb living a breeze!

 

 

 

Dinner:

 

OMG! I can not tell you how proud I am of this beef brisket recipe. Although we have made brisket before in our smoker, this was my first attempt at making it in a slow cooker and boy am I ever glad I did. This is a simple recipe that you could put together the morning of and by the time you get home, dinner is ready. Onions, beef broth and dijon mustard help to make this brisket one of a kind!

 

Sides:

 

Easy and delicious, this recipe comes together with only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of time. Simply skewere onions alternating with brussel sprouts and then wrap the entire skewer in bacon. Dessert:
