October Blogging Goals
Well, since I got rid of my Blogpros account, I am working hard on getting better at Google Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ranking. I am going to see what changes occur focusing on trying to get better hits on Google. Then, at the end of the month, I will be able to determine the effects of leaving Blogpros and working on my SEO had on my blog.
Up and Coming Personal Goals
As you all know, I am always trying to define the term "Optimal Health". Recently, I stumbled upon a book called "The Longevity Paradox" by Dr. Steven Gundry. In his book, Dr. Gundry maps out a new approach to aging well—one that is based on supporting the health of the “oldest” parts of us: the microorganisms that live within our bodies. At the end of the Longevity Paradox book, Dr. Gundry outlines a nutritional and lifestyle plan to support gut health and live well for decades to come.
Are you intrigued?
I certainly am!
So, starting on October 17th, I will be following his protocol for 6 weeks to see what health changes (if any!) occur. Since I suffer from numerous gastrointestinal as well as skin issues (you can read more about things I have tried to help heal my gut here) I am curious to see if I can finally be rid of some of the health issues that have plagued me for years.
I will post recipes as well as updates with regards to my health issues during the next 6 weeks so keep checking back!
PS - I will be posting a synopsis of his book next week so stay tuned!
