Curry, Smokey and Pimento Deviled Eggs come together in no time at all! Because this recipe starts with all the same ingredients in a food processor, making 3 different flavours of deviled eggs is a breeze. This recipe will make 8 curry, pimento and smokey deviled eggs for a total of 24 deviled eggs but you could always double it or cut in half very easily.
Just imagine how excited your guest will be when they have an entire "buffet" of deviled eggs to pick from. Now that making hard-boiled eggs is such a breeze (check out this air fryer recipe), making deviled eggs has never been easier.
I have been dying to put a deviled egg recipe on my blog. So, what's the problem? Well, the problem was that I didn't know which deviled egg idea I wanted to post.
And then it hit me... If I could easily make the main filling the same and then divide the filling and customize it, I could make more than one flavour in pretty much the same amount of time!
So, which flavours made the top 3?
Drum roll, please...
1. Curried Deviled Eggs
A perfect combination of savoury and sweet. Curry powder gives these eggs a deep earthy flavour while the sweetness of the cinnamon and clove adds lightness as well as gives them a little pep.
2. Pimento Deviled Eggs
Paying homage to my current southern address, these darlings combine cheese, garlic, dill and pimentos for the perfect Southern deviled egg.
3. Smokey Deviled Eggs
Since I am a BBQ fanatic, I decided to add some smoked paprika, garlic, salt, onion, vinegar and a little brown sugar for the perfect Smokey deviled egg
How to Make Curry, Smokey and Pimento Deviled Eggs in minutes
Step 1:
Prepare the hard-boiled eggs. You can follow your own recipe or use this awesome one if you have an air fryer.
Step 2:
Remove all yolks from eggs and place them in a food processor and process until smooth. If you don't have a food processor then simply place the yolks in a large mixing bowl and using a fork, break them down until they are reduced to a paste.
Here comes the math...take the number of eggs you choose and divide it in half. That number equals the number of tablespoons of mayo you will use. Then, take the number of tablespoons of mayo and divide that number in half. That equals the amount of cream cheese to use. This way you can easily adjust the number of deviled eggs you want to make and change the amount of mayo and cream cheese easily.
For example, 12 eggs, will call for 6 tablespoons of mayo and 3 tablespoons of cream cheese. Got it?
Now you may be wondering, why I add cream cheese. Well, the cream cheese helps keep the egg yolk filling nice and firm.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard (or other mustard) and 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to make the mixture a little tangy.
Step 3:
Divide the egg yolk mixture evenly into 3 bowls. Next, add the curry, smokey and pimento flavours to each bowl and mix well.
Finally, place the yolk mixture into a piping bag or a plastic bag with the tip cut off and pipe each mixture into an egg well. If you don't want to pipe the mixture, feel free to carefully spoon the mixture into the egg well.
Want a little trick? Put your piping or ziplock bag over a large glass. This makes it really easy to fill the bag.
And that is how you make Curry, Smokey and Pimento Deviled Eggs in minutes!
Pimento
Smokey
Curry
I made my Super Easy Parmesan Cracker Crisps and added them to the pimento for a cute decoration! As for the curry deviled eggs, I sprinkled a little smoked paprika. For the smokey deviled eggs, I finely chopped some chives and sprinkled them over the top.

Instructions
- Carefully remove the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs (you should be able to pop them right out) and place them in a food processor.
- Place the remaining yolk mixture ingredients in the food processor. Turn the processor on for 1 - 2 minutes, scrapping down the sides when necessary.
- Divide yolk mixture into 3 differenet dishes (approximately 100g in each dish)
- Add the different spice mixtures to each bowl and stir to combine.
- Next, place a piping bag with a flower tip in a large jar. Start with one flavour and carefullly pipe the mixture into the egg white. Alternatively, you can use a ziploc bag and snip the end off and use it for piping or you can simply spoon the mixture into the white.
