Why settle for just making a single flavour when you can have 3! By making the base in a food processor and then dividing the mixture and adding different spices to each, you can have a variety of keto deviled eggs in minutes!

  • Total Time: 10 minutes
  • Yield: 24 deviled eggs 1x

Ingredients

Scale

Yolk Mixture:

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 6 tbsp of mayo
  • 3 tbsp (1.5oz) cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard (or any other mustard)
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Pimento:

  • 3 tbsp cheddar cheese + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp dill + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tbsp diced pimentos

Curry:

  • 1 tbsp curry powder + 1/8 tsp cinnamon + 1/16 (or a pinch!) ground cloves

Smokey

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp onion powder + 1 tsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp smoke flavour + 1/8 tsp brown sugar (I use Swerve Golden for a sugar free version)

Instructions

  1. Carefully remove the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs (you should be able to pop them right out) and place them in a food processor.
  2. Place the remaining yolk mixture ingredients in the food processor.  Turn the processor on for 1 - 2 minutes, scrapping down the sides when necessary.
  3. Divide yolk mixture into 3 differenet dishes (approximately 100g in each dish)
  4. Add the different spice mixtures to each bowl and stir to combine.
  5. Next, place a piping bag with a flower tip in a large jar.  Start with one flavour and carefullly pipe the mixture into the egg white.  Alternatively, you can use a ziploc bag and snip the end off and use it for piping or you can simply spoon the mixture into the white.
  6. Repeat with remaining 2 flavours and decorate.
