This recipe is a complete copy of one of my first posts...just in a smaller size! I know that making pizza from avocado sounds crazy, weird and bizarre, but I promise you, if you make it, you will not be disappointed.
So, you are probably wondering why I would repost an already existing recipe? Well, for starters, it takes a leap of faith to trust a newbie blogger and make an entire crust.
What if the crust sucks? What if you can't even pick it up like a real pizza? What if I waste a wonderful avocado as well as all the delicious pizza toppings on a bad crust?
That, my fellow readers, is why I am re-posting a smaller avocado pizza crust.
This smaller pizza crust takes the size out of the leap of faith you were debating upon. Worst-case, if you don't like it, you have only wasted a few ingredients and a little of your time...but I am absolutely positive that you will be smitten with this recipe and will progress to the full blown Dairy Free Avocado Pizza Crust.
