After making the most delicious copy cat version of MacDonald's "special sauce", I knew I had to come up with a healthy Paleo and Whole30 approved Big Mac In-A-Bowl. Much healthier but just as delicious as a real Big Mac, this Whole30 and Paleo version can satisfy any Big Mac cravings.
Since going gluten-free about 15 years ago, I have learned to create tasty and delicious recipes that don't include wheat.
And although I feel so much healthier without wheat, I can tell you that some of the childhood foods that I loved are dearly missed.
So, instead of lamenting about my heartache, I try to create delicious, healthy and gluten-free recipes that resemble and taste like my old gluten-laden favourites.
And this is one such recipe!
This Whole30 Big Mac In A Bowl has all the flavours of my beloved Big Mac without any of the added chemicals, additives or wheat.
By combining ground meat with my homemade copycat Big Mac "Special Sauce", you can make a tasty copycat Whole30 Big Mac in under 20 minutes.
