When was the last time you made Sloppy Joe's?
If you are like me, you probably haven't had Sloppy Joe's in years.
If you look at the label of the typical Manwhich sauce that you add to the ground meat to make a Sloppy Joe, the first 3 ingredients involve High Fructose Corn syrup as well as Corn Syrup.
Since eating healthy, high fructose corn syrup as well as corn syrup are definitely on my "no" list so I just have not even thought of making Sloppy Joe's.
Until Mr. Grumbles came along and suggested it for dinner this week.
I figured, how hard could it really be?
And let me tell you, it was as easy as taking broccoli from a baby! (I just invented that one...pretty clever, right?!)
By simply combining healthy ingredients such as tomatoes, amino acids and some other flavours, we had a pan full of Sloppy Joe's ready to be eaten.
The great thing about this easy Whole30 Sloppy Joe Mix is you can serve it to suit whatever dietary restrictions are in your home.
