These Dairy-Free Keto Crackers require only 3 basic ingredients (plus a little water!). A quick and easy keto cracker recipe that only takes minutes to prepare and produces the perfect crispy, crunchy and salty snack that fits into any keto, gluten-free, sugar-free, Paleo and Whole30 diet!
Have you ever tried making your own keto crackers?
If you haven't, I highly suggest you do!
I have become slightly addicted to my copycat Innofoods Keto Crackers (these are nut-free!) as well as my these Parmesan Keto Crackers. Keto crackers are a must, especially if you enjoy dips, such as this Easy Keto Dill Pickle Dip, Keto White Cheddar Cranberry Jalapeno Holiday Dip, Keto Asian Chicken Dip or this Delicious Bay Scallop Hot Seafood Dip.
Since I had not created a cracker recipe in awhile, I decided to try to see if I could create a simple, yet delicious plant-based cracker that would also be an approved Whole30 cracker as well as Paleo.
These 3-ingredient keto crackers are surprisingly easy to make at home using a rolling pin, some parchment paper and a baking sheet. Make yourself a quick batch tonight and have homemade crackers for lunches, snacks, and dinners all week long.
And since these dairy-free keto crackers are also a Paleo and Whole30 cracker, you can enjoy these keto crackers with either this Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip or spread some Keto Olive Spread over each cracker for a Whole30 and Paleo snack!
Ingredients
This plant-based keto recipe requires only 3 main ingredients. Add any additional spices or seasoning blend et volia! you have the best keto cracker recipe around!
- Almond Flour - You will need super-fine almond flour for this recipe. You may be able to use almond meal but I have not tried it.
- Flaxseed Meal - Flaxseed meal is simply flaxseeds that have been ground into a coarse flour. If you have regular flaxseeds, you can make homemade flaxmeal by simply adding the flax seeds to a food processor and grinding them into a powder.
- Spices - This recipe specifically calls for Everything but the Bagel seasoning but you can use any type of spices or seasoning blend that you have on hand.
*See the recipe card for quantities.
Instructions
This quick and easy keto cracker recipe does not require any fancy equipment and comes together in matter of minutes.
In a medium-size bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, almond flour and 1 tablespoon of seasoning. Add ½ cup of water and stir. Allow mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
Add ½ cup of water and stir. Allow mixture to rest for 10 minutes.
Place the cracker dough between two pieces of parchment paper and roll mixture to ⅛-inch thickness. Remove the top parchment paper and set the paper to the side. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon of seasoning.
Place crackers in 325 degree F. oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and flip onto the reserved parchment paper. Score the crackers and return them to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove the crackers from the oven and turn the oven off. Gently break apart the crackers and place them back in the oven to crisp (about 10 minutes)
Hint: Do not try to score the crackers initially as the keto crackers will be too moist and will not score well.
Variations
These dairy-free keto crackers can be flavoured a variety of different ways.
- Spicy - add chili pepper flakes or a couple of dash of hot sauce to the mix
- Ranch - use Ranch seasoning or make your own homemade ranch seasoning
- French onion - Add this Whole30 French Onion soup mix to the batter instead of the everything but the bagel spice.
- Cheese - To keep these keto crackers Whole30 and Paleo, add some nutritional yeast with a dash of garlic powder and salt for a cheesey take. Or, add some cheddar cheese powder into the cracker dough.

Equipment
You do not need any special equipment to make this easy keto cracker recipe.
All you need is 2 pieces of parchment paper, a rolling pin and a baking sheet. I like to use a pizza cutter to score my crackers but if you do not have a pizza cutter, you can simply use a knife or just break the crackers into pieces after they have dried.
Storage
Store these 3-ingredient keto crackers in an airtight container on the counter for up to 2 weeks (I am pretty sure that they will not last that long!)
Top tip
Make sure that you let the Whole30 cracker mixture rest for 10 minutes before trying to roll the crackers out otherwise, they will be too sticky. Also, make sure to roll the crackers as thin as possible for the best crispy and crunchy texture.

Both brown flax seeds and golden flax seeds add the same nutrition to your diet so it just depends on your colour preference!

Can I make my own flax seed meal from whole flax seeds?
Yes. Use a coffee or nut grinder to make flax seed meal from whole flax seeds.
