- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the Thai Dressing:
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or you could use soy sauce if not doing Whole30)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic

Notes
- make sure not to flatten out buns too thinly otherwise you will not be able to slice them as these buns do not rise.
