Parmesan Cracker Crisps (Keto, Low Carb, Gluten Free)

  • Total Time: 13 minutes

Ingredients

  • 12 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (or other grated cheese of choice)
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (or other seasoning of choice)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a copper baking mat.
  • Place 1 tbsp of cheese in a mound and press down lightly.  Sprinkle with seasoning.  Repeat until 12 mounds have been formed.
  • Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until starting to brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool until they harden.

Notes

  • I use my whoopie pan to get perfectly round circles.
  • Try different low moisture shredded cheeses combined with unique seasonings to create a variety of flavours.
