Ingredients

- 12 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (or other grated cheese of choice)
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (or other seasoning of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a copper baking mat.
- Place 1 tbsp of cheese in a mound and press down lightly. Sprinkle with seasoning. Repeat until 12 mounds have been formed.
- Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until starting to brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool until they harden.
Notes
- I use my whoopie pan to get perfectly round circles.
- Try different low moisture shredded cheeses combined with unique seasonings to create a variety of flavours.
