Did you know just how easy it is to cook a pork tenderloin in an air fryer? In about 20 minutes, you can have a perfectly juicy air fryer pork tenderloin ready for dinner without any fuss or mess! All you need is a Hormel or Smithfield seasoned pork tenderloin, 20 minutes and an air fryer.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 7-8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 - 2.25 lbs. Smithfield Pork Tenderloin, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Spray your air fryer basking with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place the tenderloin in the basket (you may need to squish it a little to make it fit!)
  3. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and the timer for 15 minutes.
  4. Half way through, flip the pork over and continue to air fry for the remaining 7.5 minutes.
  5. Once pork has air fried for 15 minutes, turn the air fryer on "BROIL - HI".  Set the timer for 3 minutes.
  6. Once pork is done, lift the lid and allow the pork to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Check your pork and make sure that the internal temperature is at least 140 degrees.  The pork will continue to cook an additional 5 degrees to the required 145 degrees F. as it rests before slicing.
