This Keto Dill Pickle Dip tastes EXACTLY like the popular dill pickle dip you can somehow only find in Canada.  You only need 4 simple ingredients to make this delicious dip that once you take a single bite,  you will be making it over and over again! Ready in a couple of minutes, this keto dip is an easy keto appetizer that is perfect for your next summer BBQ or the next big game!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1-2 tbsp pickle juice (start with one and add an additional tablespoon to suit your taste)
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp dried dill
  • 1-2 pinches of sweetener (I used allulose)

Optional spices:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the chopped dill pickles.  Fold or stir in the dill pickle and Place the dip in the fridge and chill until cold.  Taste the dip and add any additional salt or garlic if desire.
  2. Enjoy!
