Crispy Keto Air Fryer Cool Ranch Chicken Wings are so easy to make without having to bother with any leftover grease from frying! A healthier and much easier cleanup, these delicious air fryer baked wings are so quick and easy that they make the perfect weeknight dinner recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Seasoning, divided
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion flakes or powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. If needed, separate the drumsticks from the wings by cutting through the joint.  Dry the wings well with paper towels and toss them in the baking powder.
  2. Mix together 1 tablespoon Ranch Dry Seasoning (reserving 1 tablespoon of Ranch mix for later), smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion flakes and salt and toss the wings in the seasoning, making sure that they are all evenly coated.
  3. Arrange wings, in a single layer in the air fryer basket and bake, at 400 degrees F. for 18-24 minutes, turning the wings over at the halfway point.
  4. Once the wings are cooker, remove the air fryer basket and set it on a cutting board.  Melt the butter (do not clean out the air fryer) in the bottom of the air fryer with 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix.   Stir until combined.  Tip the wings from the air fryer basket back into the main air fryer bowl and toss with the Cool Ranch sauce until all the wings have been coated.
  5. Optional - If desired, set the air fryer to "broil" and broil until nice and crispy.
