This Quick 8-Ingredient Whole30 Chili is easy to make and absolutely delicious!  Using only 8 simple ingredients and an Instant Pot, in under 40 minutes, you can be sitting down to a healthy, nutritious, Whole30 and Paleo chili dinner.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 16 oz ground lean turkey
  • 16 oz broth
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 12 oz roasted red peppers
  • 28 oz peeled tomatoes (I used Cento San Marzano)
  • 1 tbsp chili powser
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (or honey)

Optional Ingredients

  • 15 oz beans (kidney or black beans)
  • 6 oz olives
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Turn your Ninja all in one on saute - high.  Add olive oil and onions.  Cook until onions begin to brown.  Add ground turkey and cook until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add in salsa, peppers, tomatoes, broth, chili powder, cocoa powder and coconut aminos and stir to combine everything
  3. Add in beans if using and stir again.
  4. Add pressure cooker lid and cook on "high" for 25 minutes.
  5. Stir in olives (if using) and enjoy!
