- Take a piece of prosciutto and spread it 1/2-1 tsp of Sugar-free Hot Pepper Onion Jam.
- Take a shrimp and place it in the middle of the piece of prosciutto. Add about 0.25-0.5 oz of cheese to the top of the shrimp. Tightly wrap the prosciutto around the shrimp. Place the shrimp on the baking rack with the ends of the prosciutto facing down. Add a dollop of jam to the top if desired. Repeat with all remaining shrimp.
- Place the baking tray in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the prosciutto just begins to brown.
- Serve warm.
