This bread is absolutely delicious. Filled with nuts and seeds, this Whole30 and Keto approved bread is easy to make with only a few ingredients. A definite for any low carb, gluten free, keto diet.

Nut and Seed Bread (Whole30, LC, GF)

This recipe only requires some basic ingredients and comes together in minutes.  Very satisfying and nutrient dense, this bread will keep you full for hours.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Line a 9 x 5in loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
  4. Pour mixture into loaf pan and press down firmly to make sure that is tightly packed.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes
  6. Let cool and use parchment paper to remove loaf from pan.
  7. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • feel free to substitute any of the nuts and seeds to suit your tastes as long as the total measure is 6 cups or 735 g.
  • feel free to change herbs.
  • spray the loaf pan before adding the parchment paper in order to help the parchment paper stick to the loaf pan.
