- 2 cups (10-12oz) packed dates, softened
- 1/4 -1/2 cup water
- salt (optional)
Instructions
- Place softened dates in a food processor. Add 1/4 cup of water and turn on the processor for 1 minutes. If mixture looks too thick, add more water until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
- I put extra date paste in ice cube trays and freeze it so that it is readily available.
