This is just like Nutella without any nuts! This delicious Avocado Chocolate Spread is perfect on toast, bananas or anything else your nut-free, gluten-free heart desires. Keto and delicious! 

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 1.5 cups 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup (250 g) mashed avocado (1 medium avocado)
  • 1/3 cup (35 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup erythritol (or white sugar)
  • 1/3 cup Lily's chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips)
  • 2 tbsp butter, unsalted, softened
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (I use Lakanto Golden Syrup)
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp salt
  • dash of vanilla

Instructions

  1. Puree the avocado using a blender, hand-held mixer or an immersion blender.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until ingredients are fully combined.
  3. ENJOY!
