- 1 cup (250 g) mashed avocado (1 medium avocado)
- 1/3 cup (35 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup erythritol (or white sugar)
- 1/3 cup Lily's chocolate chips (or regular chocolate chips)
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted, softened
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (I use Lakanto Golden Syrup)
- 1/8-1/4 tsp salt
- dash of vanilla
Instructions
- Puree the avocado using a blender, hand-held mixer or an immersion blender.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend until ingredients are fully combined.
