Air Fryer Keto Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Onions

This easy, flavorful side takes no time at all, thanks to the air fryer. Crispy roasted brussels sprouts and onions make the perfect low carb and keto side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (454 grams) Brussels Sprouts, slightly thawed and sliced in half
  • 1 lb (454 grams) pearl onions, slightly thawed and sliced in half
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

*This recipe is using a Ninja Foodi All-In-One

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir to incorporate.
  2. Spray the inside of the air-fryer basket with avocado oil spray or olive oil spray.  Carefully pour the ingredients into the basket.
  3. Set the the Ninja Foodi to "air crisp".  Set the temperature to 400 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes, stir the ingredients and set again for anywhere between an additional 10-20 minutes.
  5. Once the Brussels Sprouts and Onions are browned to your liking, remove them and enjoy!

  • cooking time depends on how "thawed" the vegetables are as well as the type of air fryer you are using.
