I can not believe what a difference it makes peeling a hard boiled egg coming out of an air fryer. This is by far the easiest method I have yet to try. Now you can have hard boiled eggs, egg salad or deviled eggs in minutes!

This recipe is somewhat of a misnomer as actually no water whatsoever is used!  Simply place eggs in an air fryer and forget about them.  One hour later, easy to peel eggs are produced!

  • Total Time: 50 hours 13 minutes
  • Yield: 9 eggs 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 9 eggs (or any number you choose)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in air fryer basket.  Close basket and set temperature to 260 degrees F. for 13 minutes.
  2. Once eggs are cooked, remove basket and let eggs cool until easy to handle.
  3. Crack egg shell gently and peel off shell.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For Soft-"Boiled" - place in air fryer for 8 minutes
  • For Medium-"Boiled" - place in air fryer for 10 minutes
  • I use the Power XL Air Fryer and am unsure of the results using any other air fryer.
