KETO BACON-WRAPPED MUSTARD CHICKEN BITES

These flavourful keto chicken bacon bites make a fantastic finger food snack!  By simply marinating chicken in a sugar-free mustard-maple glaze and wrapping each piece in bacon, you end up with the easiest, yet most delicious, low-carb finger food!

INGREDIENTS

Boneless skinless chicken breast 

Bacon 

Sugar-free maple syrup 

Cut the chicken into pieces and mix together the mustard and the sugar-free maple syrup.

INSTRUCTIONS 

Mix together the pieces of cut chicken with the maple syrup and mustard. Wrap each chicken bite and roll it so that you start and finish with the seam-side down to secure the bacon.

Take the wrapped chicken bites and arrange them on a baking rack set inside a baking tray. Bake for 17-19 minutes at 425˚F.

If desired, remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle with a sugar-free brown sugar substitute.
