This is one of my favourite summer sugar-free and keto-friendly cocktails! This delicious Paloma Cocktail is a twist on the beloved margarita that we all know and love, but with a grapefruit twist! Made with grapefruit sparkling water, sugar-free simple syrup and lime juice, it's sweet, sour, and refreshing.

  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 2 small or 1 large cocktail 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 oz tequila Blanco
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Sparkling water
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz grapefruit pamplemousse
  • 1-2 packets True Grapefruit crystals
  • 1 oz sugar-free simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour some kosher salt on a plate. Rub half of the rim of a highball glass with either a grapefruit wedge or a lime wedge. Dip the rim of the glass in the salt.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and add some ice. Shake to combine. Garnish with a lime or grapefruit wedge (optional).  Add ice if desired.

Notes

  • feel free to switch out the tequila for vodka or gin and just don't call it a Paloma!
