With only 3 ingredients, you can make this Homemade Sugar-free Cranberry Orange Sauce in under 15 minutes! Easy, delicious and sugar-free, this keto cranberry sauce is can be made with fresh or frozen cranberries!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 12 oz cranberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2-1 cup sweetener (depending on how sweet your like your cranberry sauce)
  • 1 package (0.7 oz) Simply Delish Sugar-free Orange jel

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, cranberries and 1/2 cup sweetener.  Heat on medium-high heat until the cranberries begin to burst (you will actually hear them pop!) and soften.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and mash the cranberries with a potato masher (or use an immersion blender for a smoother cranberry sauce).
  3. Sprinkle the sugar-free orange jello package over the cranberry sauce and whisk to incorporate.  Taste the sauce and add additional sweetener to suit your taste.
  4. Pour the cranberry orange sauce into a serving dish and allow it to cool to room temperature before covering it and placing it in the fridge.

Notes

  • feel free to add 1-2 tbsp of orange juice or pieces of orange - there are only 7 calories and 1.3 grams of sugar per tablespoon of orange juice.
