Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup almonds, slivered
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 5 eggs
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary, dried
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into loaf pan and press down firmly to make sure that is tightly packed.
- Bake for 45 minutes
- Let cool and use parchment paper to remove loaf from the pan.
- Slice and enjoy!
Notes
- feel free to substitute any of the nuts and seeds to suit your tastes as long as the total measure is 6 cups or 735 g.
- feel free to change herbs.
- spray the loaf pan before adding the parchment paper in order to help the parchment paper stick to the loaf pan.
