These No-Bake Keto Peanut Butter Bars are a homemade copycat version of your favourite Perfect Keto Nola Bars. These easy low carb, sugar-free and gluten-free peanut butter bars will satisfy all of your salty-sweet dessert cravings with almost no sugar. The perfectly delicious keto snack bar can be eaten any time of the day!

  • 1 1/2 cups roasted salted peanuts
  • 1/4 cup tapioca fiber syrup
  • 1/4 cup allulose
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (I used Lakanto Golden)


  1. In the bowl of a food processor, add the peanuts, allulose, coconut flour, salt and sweetener.  Pulse 5-6 times or until some of the nuts have been slightly broken down (do NOT overpulse or you will end up with a flour consistency).  Place the mixture in a large bowl and set to the side.
  2. In a small glass measuring cup (or other small bowl), combine the tapioca syrup and the coconut oil.  Place in the microwave and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  3. Remove the tapioca mixture from the microwave and pour it into the bowl with the peanut mixture.  Stir to combine.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly into the candy molds.  Press down firmly so that the mixture is somewhat packed into the mold.  Place the mold in the fridge or freezer to firm.
