- 2 cups pecan halves

- 1- 2 tbsp minced garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (the shelf-stable kind works best)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss pecans with melted butter until evenly coated.
- Add salt, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan; stir until nuts are well covered.
- Spread pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 5-8 minutes, remove from oven and stir, and return them to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
