This is by far the BEST Keto Broccoli Salad with the most AMAZING Maple Bacon dressing!  Only 6 ingredients are needed to make this delicious low carb, sugar-free salad.  Serve it at your next barbecue or with your next Holiday meal, this broccoli salad is perfect any time of the year.

  • Total Time: 6 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or more mayo)
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbles, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. Break up the broccoli into small pieces and chop the stems into small pieces as well.  Place the chopped broccoli in a large bowl and microwave on high power for 1 minute.  Remove the broccoli from the microwave and place a dish towel over the bowl.  Allow the broccoli to rest for 5 minutes.
  2. While the broccoli is resting, place the bacon into a small bowl.  Microwave on high power for 20 seconds.  Remove from the microwave and stir in all the dressing ingredients until well combined.
  3. Pour the salad dressing over the broccoli, stir to combine and set the bowl in the fridge. Let the salad sit for about 30 minutes before serving. Stir the salad a final time before serving and crumble with additional bacon bits, raising, almond slice and fried onions (if using) just before ser

Notes

  • quickly "steaming" the broccoli in the microwave opens up the broccoli crowns so that the salad dressing can get into all the nooks and crannies.  Although you can skip this step, I highly suggest trying this method.
