Ingredients

- 4 Poblano peppers (or other peppers of choice)
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Add the peppers to the airfryer basket. Drizzle the olive oil over the peppers. Using your hands, rub the oil over the peppers to cover them.
- Turn the air fryer on 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Rotate the peppers at the half way point.
- Once air fryer turns off, allow the pepper to cool with the lid down for 15 minutes or until cool enough to touch.
- Once cooled, carefully peel the skin off the peppers. Remove the stem and seeds.
