Learning How to Roast Peppers in an Air Fryer could not be simpler! Use any type of pepper and season them with olive oil, garlic, oregano, and crushed red peppers or leave them plain! Roasting peppers really highlights and brings out their unique flavour and is ridiculously easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Poblano peppers (or other peppers of choice)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Add the peppers to the airfryer basket.  Drizzle the olive oil over the peppers.  Using your hands, rub the oil over the peppers to cover them.
  2. Turn the air fryer on 400 degrees for 15 minutes.  Rotate the peppers at the half way point.
  3. Once air fryer turns off, allow the pepper to cool with the lid down for 15 minutes or until cool enough to touch.
  4. Once cooled, carefully peel the skin off the peppers.  Remove the stem and seeds.
