- Optional: powdered sweetener, black cocoa powder, peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix together together the pumpkin and protein powder. Start with 3/4 cup of protein and keep adding more protein powder until desired thickness is reached. Add any additional flavourings and stir to incorporate.
- Chill briefly if needed; stir before using
