  • Total Time: 17 minutes
  • Yield: 4 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large sausages
  • 1 package Shirataki or Miracle Fettucini Noodles, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Take 1 sausage and pierce holes on one side of the sausage.  Take 1 shirataki noodle and tightly wrap the sausage from top to bottom.  Take a second noodle and repeat the procedure creating a criss-cross pattern over the other noodle.   Repeat with additional sausages.
  2. Place the sausages in an air fryer set at 350 degrees and air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature of the sausage reaches 160 degrees F.
  3. To make the eys, either add store-bought candy eyes and adhere them with a dollop of mustard or ketchup, or, take a dollop of mayo and dab 2 round circles onto the sausage.  Add 1 black sesame seed to the center of each mayo circle.

Notes

  • You can find Shirataki or Miracle noodles in most grocery stores near the refrigerated vegetarian and vegan sections
  • if you cook the noodles too long, they do become more difficult to chew
