This Keto Air Fryer Ham with a Sugar-Free Brown "Sugar" Glaze is so easy! Don't wait for Easter, Christmas or any Holiday to have a delicious ham dinner. This keto, low carb and sugar-free ham recipe only requires a couple of ingredients, requires very little clean up and is so easy that you can easily make this as a weeknight dinner!

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: Depends on size of ham

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3-4 lb. (1.8 kg) boneless, fully cooked ham

Brown Sugar Glaze

Instructions

Make the Glaze:

  1. Combine 1/3 cup of the brown sugar substitute with the remaining glaze ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Heat for 1 minute and whisk until brown sugar substitute is dissolved and glaze is well combined.  Remove about 3 tbsp for the final glaze and set both glaze bowls to the side.
  2. Remove the netting from the ham. If ham is not pre-sliced, score the ham with shallow 1/2-inch crisscross cuts.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with 2 pieces of long, overlapping foil sheets.  Lay the ham on top of the foil and then brush about the glaze over the ham. Close the foil over the ham and wrap tightly.
  4. Air Fry at 300°F for 40 minutes.
  5. After cooking for 40 minutes, open the air fryer basket and open up the foil and push foil down around the edges of the ham. This creates a boat that holds the juices and keeps the ham from drying out.
  6. Brush with the remaining glaze and sprinkle with remaining 2 tbsp of brown sugar substitute and Air Fry at 360°F for 5 minutes, or until it is caramelized to your liking. If you don’t want your ham to be caramelized or crispy, skip this last 5 minutes.  Let ham rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • IF you want, you can combine any leftover juices from the air fryer basket and the remaining glaze in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened. Brush the glaze onto the ham when serving or serve alongside in a bowl for everyone to add as they like.
