Homemade Keto Chocolate Fudge Sauce from scratch means that you do not need any sugar-free packaged chocolate for this recipe! Simple, everyday ingredients that come together in minutes! Perfect to drizzle over all your keto desserts!

  • 1 1/4 cup allulose
  • 7 tbsp butter, unsalted, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup (1.5 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 oz unsweetened chocolate (such as 100% Ghiradelli or Baker's)
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup (1.5 oz) unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/3 cup heavy cream, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 cup allulose.  Stir until no cocoa clumps remain.  Set the bowl to the side.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining 1 cup of allulose, butter and milk.  Simmer on medium-low for about 3 minutes or until sweetener dissolves and the butter has melted.
  3. Turn the temperature down to low and whisk in the cocoa mixture.  Cook on low for about 2-3 minutes or until all the ingredients are incorporated.  Remove the pan from the heat and add the unsweetened chocolate and vanilla.  Let sit for 5 minutes before stirring until chocolate has melted.
  4. Taste the mixture and add additional sweetener to suit your taste.


  • The sauce can be refrigerated for a couple of weeks.  Let the sauce sit at room temperature for at least one hour to allow it to soften.
